Roger was personally involved with my query of the D chord. He shows me in videos and in text the correct way to play the chord.

I have really been enjoying using Yousician for the past 7 weeks. I recently had a minor issue where I couldn't see the progress I had made in the app. I contacted their support team and an extremely helpful technician named Roger had me up and running again with my account data within half a day! I was very pleased with the prompt service and now I am back to learning and practicing my guitar. The way this app is teaching me to play is so helpful and the time spent on it is completely paying off. I've wanted to learn the guitar my whole life and now I am actually doing it! Thank you Yousician!!

I had an issue with a duplicate email address. They looked it up and merged the profiles.

Brain research tells us that when the fun stops, learning often stops too. This is where Yousician excels. The fun never stops, and so my learning doesn't either. Fantastic product. Wish I'd found it long ago!

I had a complicated issue with PayPal and the support team (Roger, Bruno) was very polite and helpful.
On top of that they even took my feedback on the matter seriously and opened it up for discussion with a wider audience.
I am mightily impressed.

I want to commend on Srdjan's services. He understood my plight on the subscription problem and was responsive in helping me issue a refund.

I had to cancel due to loosing my job to covid 19 and what they dont tell you is if you cancel your subscription it doesnt cancel your stupid "premium plus" so my bank account has been having money taken from it while i cant earn anything. I cant say enough to NOT buy this service.

I had a problem interfacing with one of the set tests. Help came really quickly and I was soon able to complete the test and move on. I enjoy learning with Yousician and am pleased that there is always help available. Good value!

Amazing well packaged app, but didn't really work with my piano as it is a bit out of tune...The other instruments (Guitar, Ukelele, Bass and Vocal) work really well! I recommend getting premium plus because it's not much more money than normal premium and you get access to all the songs and all the instruments...Thumbs up from me!
